Who we are

Our journey began the summer of 2020 in Cumming, GA, sparked by a heartfelt request from my then 8-year-old son, Tristan. He asked me to recreate Starbucks’ chocolate croissants, and after 20 laborious hours in the kitchen, I delivered not just a dessert but the start of a passion that would transform my life. Sharing these creations with neighbors brought more than smiles, it planted the seed for what would become a beloved business.

Over the next five years, ANA’s Sweets & Bistro flourished as a home bakery, offering decadent desserts and savory BBQ. Every order embodied the heart of our mission: to bring joy and connection through the warmth of homemade food.

In November 2024, we moved to Gallatin, TN, and with that move came a fresh perspective. ANA’s Sweets & Bistro evolved into ANA’s Dessert Bar, with a refined vision that focuses exclusively on handcrafted, gourmet desserts. Our tagline says it best: “From the warmth of our kitchen to your table—handcrafted gourmet desserts inspired by family and made with love.”

Our menu specializes in a wide range of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, cookies, and specialty desserts. By blending traditional baking techniques with innovative flavors, we create desserts that are both luxurious and comforting, ensuring every bite tastes like home but feels elevated.
